Each order is individually crafted with love and care. Our current standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days for regular orders (custom cake toppers, and business and signage). During peak periods like Christmas and Easter, processing times may vary. We strive to provide the quickest turnaround possible.

How long does shipping take? Do you provide delivery or pick-up?

In addition to processing times, standard shipping with Australia Post can take 2-7 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1-4 business days. For more accurate estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website.

We do offer drop locally in Canberra!!

Can I choose an acrylic colour that is not listed? Do you offer a wider range of options?

Yes, we do offer a wider range of colours if you have a colour in mind we can email you through colours that are available and fit your description. 

Can I make changes to my purchase after placing the order?

Please notify uswithin 24 hoursafter purchase if you need to make any adjustments or corrections. Failure to do so may result in additional costs.

My item arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging your items; however, occasionally mishandling during transit can result in damaged or missing items. In such cases, please contact us immediately, providing images of the damage and the condition of the packaging upon arrival and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
